I loaded 5 images and adjusted and save each image individually however all the exported images were just black images. When I did the images one at a time, the results were correct. Topaz Photo AI 2.1.3 Windows 11 32 GB
Go to the windows prompt, run dxdiag and post the information here after you save it. Sounds as though your GPU drivers are out of date, assuming you meet the technical requirements listed on the web site.
