Setting up my new system (7950X, RTX-4090, 32GB DDR5 6400), I noticed a big performance difference in TVAI from run to run, using Gaia 2x upscaling on a 720p video (benchmark comparison video from this forum). The same does not happen with Artemis model btw.
I do the same simple steps of launching TVEAI, loading the test video and pressing the export button (Gaia 2x upscale with NVIDIA h265 encoding is auto-selected, audio processing disabled). About half the time, performance is about 7fps and the other half it’s 12fps. And there is essentially nothing else running on the system.
