Best order for Topaz Video, LUTS & Photoshop

I am new to using videos via my Canon EOS R3. Having read around I am using Log3.

My question is about the best order to process. My video clips are upto 1 minute (wildlife). Give it is a small part of my photography & as I have just started videoing I have as yet to purchase any videoing specific software.

Should I process:

1 Start in PS, apply LUTS, modify LUTs as it tends to over saturate colour for my taste then process in Topaz Video?

Or

2 Start in PS, process then apply TV + LUTs in TV?

Or

3 Process in TV with LUTS then process in PS?

Or

4 some other combination

Many thanks to any & all who reply

Generally, it is best to run the file through Topaz Video and then do any final color processing or LUT addition after. This allows for any correction that needs to be done for any shifts by the AI models.
