With the release of v1.0.2 of Topaz Photo, I was excited to try the batch export feature that was added.
I was working on some photos and did what was advised
Apply Wonder to a single photo
Apply Current Settings to selected photos
I go grab a coffee and come back, and am running into errors specifically ‘Error running model’, which in all my years using Topaz in its various forms, I have never encountered.
Please note I also updated and rebooted, and still the same issue. I am unsure what else you would need, but the background/back option is unusable, as none of the images are being batch processed.
Wonder is an enhancement for low resolution, or compressed images, can yoou clarify what types of images you are using? The errors may be for images going over the input size, or it could be issues with missing or corrupted models. Let us know details on the image and we can go from there!
Hi Ange, I have been using Wonder since 1.0.0 and have used it on images with only 800x600 right up to 12000x6000. Whether it’s cloud or local, at the end of the day, it was able to enhance each time (obviously, sometimes it would take longer than others).
Today I was using it on phone images, which were low quality (not necessarily upscaling, just enhancing them). I am able to do each image one at a time, but in batch, where I believe it’s supposed to be one after another, is when the error happens and exclusively in v1.0.2.
Below is the generic error message, which is not helpful as it doesn’t state the issue. Again, this goes away if I do not do it in a batch. Is there an issue with the process that is causing the issues?
As mentioned earlier this is for batch mode with using batch mode while using Wonder. As this feature is not implemented in 1.0.1, downgrading does not help.
Individually processing images in 1.0.2 (just like 1.0.1) works the same.
