When I use ‘Plugin Extras’ from lightroom to send a file to Topaz Photo AI, on several photos it just freezes while loading the image. The autopilot shows its stuck detecting noise levels.
Is there a fix ?
What gpu and VRAM are you using?
I don’t know how to check that. Couldn’t find it in settings for the app.
I’m on a Mac-Mini M2 Pro with 32Gig.
When I load the same image as a ‘tiff’ thru the ‘Edit in’ menu in Lightroom it works fine. When opening the raw file (Nikon NEF format) is when some photos get stuck, but not all.
