Hello im having an issue im hoping someone here can help me with. To get straight to the point, if I update the program past version 2.4.0, the app will not run properly. It will attempt to open but hang on a white screen. Task Manager says the app is not responding. This issue occurred after I updated the app to the 2.6.0 version (I think it was this version). The update was successful and the app ran fine. I started to upscale a video and I noticed some artificating going on. But I knew the issue that was causing that, so i stopped the upscale so I could correct the issue but the app froze. So I had to close the app through Task manager. When I tried to reopen the app after correcting the issue that caused the artifacting, the issue of the program refusing to open beyond a white screen before freezing occurred. No matter what i tried to fix the issue, restarting my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing worked. Only way i was able to access the app again was just reverting back to version 2.4.0. I would really appreciate if someone knows whats causing this to happen and why im unable to use any version after 2.4.0.
