Indeed it is, Fotomaker. We only picked Tarragona because we wanted a place just south of Barcelona for our last two nights in Spain. What a lovely surprise! It’s a compact city - you can walk anywhere within 10 - 20 minutes - and the old city has many Roman ruins, including a well-preserved amphitheatre.
But it really comes alive at night with several squares, packed with restaurants and bars, hence my shots. I haven’t done much night photography and this really whetted my appetite!
