Amplitude is an app for storing anonymous usage data and creating charts out of it for our development team.

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.

Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?

Also if you can, please try to recreate this error message in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.

The problems I’m having are the slow select brush in sharpen and the object selection crash in the remove function. There are dump and log files I can send if you need more information but I think you’re already working on that problem.

Thanks for your reply and no need to send in those log files. I can assure you that our developers are hard at work trying to resolve this issue.
