Allow toggling between time remaining and time elapsed for active export jobs

Would be nice to have this option, especially for longer export jobs, thanks!

Pause/Resume processing

Users should be able to pause processing and close the app. The next time they open the app, they should be able to resume processing from were they left off. Users should also be able to resume processing the batch/video if the app crashes.
