I have used Topaz Photo AI and Topaz Video AI in trial mode since just before last (2023) Black Friday. At that point, I hadn’t used it enough to make the purchase, but I’ve played around with it a LOT - mostly Photo AI - this past year waiting until I could afford it.
I just bought the suite - photo, video, gigapixel - downloaded and installed the new versions. Now, the second I start processing an item in any of the products, my computer immediately shuts down. My biggest wonder is why trial worked and the new versions do not.
Heat is not an issue - and there is really no time for it to heat anyway. Ran MemTest with no issues. Updated graphics driver.
Is this the best place to ask for help?
AMD 5950x, Asus Dark Hero MB, Corsair AX850 power supply, EVGA Geforce RTX 3090, 32G Gskill memory of some sort.
