I’ve tried and upgrade from topaz video 1.4.0 to 1.5.0, and now neuroserver will not start. The program seems to hang and gets stuck in the loading model… estimating… mode. No versions of Starlight will work at all.
I’ve also tried performing a clean install to no avail. Version 1.4.0 is at least partially functional: mini works fine, but in sharp neuroserver hangs when the frames/sec reach 1.0. Fast just throws an error a few seconds after neuroserver starts processing.
Can you share a screenshot of the error please so we can share the correct steps based on the specific error you are seeing?

I installed on a different windows11 partition (I’m doing the multi boot thing) and all is well. Bizarre, right? However, Sharp still stops after processing for a couple of minutes. I’ve seen other posts about that, so I assume it’s a bug yet to be fixed.

Can you send us the logs? help@topazlabs.com We’ve seen various issues with specific models which are not always the same reason, the logs will give us some insight
