Hi Support Team, I am getting an error trying to export a jpg image that is 400x400 to a 2x upscale. But when I try export I’m getting the error that said “Error: Error encountered while processing JPG. Help is need. Thanks.

Hi Alexandre, I figured the issue out and it was due to not putting the AI model from setting from Auto to CPU and that solved it. Thanks for responding. Have a great day!

If you don’t have a dedicated graphics card, yes the CPU option is the right one.
