I have sorted out my 2 seconds of video. How do I improve the whole video?
Which app are you using, the desktop Topaz Video or the web browser based Astra?
Once you have the settings picked out and you have run a short preview to confirm them, you can then click to export the file. Depending on which interface and model you are using, there could be a frame count limitation like with the Starlight models in the cloud or Astra.
