Along with Video AI’s own files, there will now be two additional log files created when running processing tasks from within Adobe After Effects.
AE Plugin Log.txt details the steps in communicating between After Effects and Video AI’s AI Engine.
AE Plugin TVAI Log.txt is very similar to Video AI’s standard logs, showing information and errors from AI Engine tasks sent to Video AI from After Effects.
Bug reports posted in this subforum during the beta period should include both of these files, and they will automatically be bundled into “logsForSupport.zip” when collecting logs through in-app error messages. Thanks and happy testing!
