Hello, when I try to access my account or products fron Topaz’s website or Topaz Photo AI, this windows appears :
Verifying the security of your site connection (by CloudFlare)
After clicking, the programs start, but them presents this windows again without letting me access to my account or my products.
The Topas Photo AI programs works properly.

The login page is not loading because either your browser or computer has security options activated that are blocking the page components.
Two options we can try to fix this:
- Change the default browser on your computer and then activate with a different browser (hopefully it does not have similar security settings active)Change your default browser in Windows - Microsoft Support
- Disable the security settings in Chrome temporarily to activate Topaz Photo AI. You can enable the security again after.
Let me know if it’s loading the login page with the steps above.
I bought this program for $299 U.S. on Dec. 2 and I still cannot get access to it. Please, Please help me This is a lot of money in Canadian dollars. 416 449 9745 Margaret
