HOW TO OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET
If you encounter a new bug or issue with Photo AI, you can check our Troubleshooting page for some tips on how to resolve issues, and check our Known issues here on this forum. Each will have troubleshooting steps and workarounds if available.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to check the System requirements section below. Underpowered computers will have issues and will not be supported. You can send us your System Information
, and we can confirm if you meet the requirements or not, and provide workarounds, if any are possible.
If issues remain after checking these the fastest way to reach us is to write us an email at help@topazlabs.com. This will open a Support ticket with us and we will troubleshoot with you
In the email make sure to send us:
- Confirmation on what app you are having issues with
- Confirmation on what version of the app you are currently on
- The bug / issue and behavior you have encountered. Give as much details as you can.
- Any screenshots as necessary.
- Your system profile (Instructions for Mac) or (Instructions for Windows)
- Your log files that you can find in-app, then go to Help > Open Log Folder. Zip all the logs you see and send us the zipped file in your email - If your app immediately crashes, you can skip this part as it will not allow you to get the logs.

Before sending us an email, it is important to make sure your machine meets the minimum requirements for our Topaz apps:
