HOW TO OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET

If you encounter a new bug or issue with the API, you can check our Developer Docs for more information on setup and how to use our available models, and check our Known issues here on this forum. Each will have troubleshooting steps and workarounds if available.


If issues remain after checking these the fastest way to reach us is to write us an email at help@topazlabs.com. This will open a Support ticket with us and we will troubleshoot with you :slight_smile: In the email make sure to send us:

  1. Confirmation that you are having issues with our API, specifically

  2. The bug / issue and behavior you have encountered. Give as much details as you can.

  3. Request IDs of the API requests where you experienced the issue, if applicable.

  4. Any screenshots as necessary.
