The Bugs and Issues category is where users should report any unknown bugs that they are experiencing with Gigapixel. This category will also feature known behaviors and issues that our team is aware of, plus any known steps you can take to resolve your conflict.

  1. Bugs that have been fixed will be tagged with Resolved.
  2. Bugs that we are actively investigating will be tagged with Investigating. This means that we are either still gathering material from the user or we are working to reproduce this behavior locally.
  3. Bugs that our development team is actively working on will be tagged as In-Progress.

Please search this category for your bug before posting it to prevent duplication. Any duplicate posts will be removed. Feel free to comment on existing bugs that you are also experiencing, so we can gauge how many users are experiencing these.

HI. I have the problem that I only have the possibility to set the resolution in ppcm but not inpx/inch. Plus it’s very, very slow.
