1.6.0 - SL2.5 - Very Slow Render + Corrupt Image

Vram? I believe I have 16. I tried starlight precise and it works on my phone

No, I mean system RAM, not VRAM. I’m referring to the main system memory. The blurry export is very likely related to you having less than 32 GB of RAM.

I use a Shadow PC (cloud) and have 16 GB of ram. Same weird artifacts even if the ram is not used that much. SLM runs fine tho. Sadly i cannot upgrade to more than 28GB in Shadow.

I ordered a 5060 ti 16GB for my local machine wich has 32GB of DDR4 and will try again when its installed. Currently my local machine has a P5000 and cant run Slp at all.

I used a shadow PC as well. Despite it being a workstation beast, it still wasn’t good enough and the Topaz software was too buggy. I’ve since cancelled Topaz and Shadow. Too expensive and too buggy. Shame really. Hopefully in a few years they can get the costs and bugs down. I’d definitely revisit as the results can be breathtaking.

I can confirm - at least on my side - that having only 16GB is the problem. I removed 16GB from my system to test it. Original Video is from 2005 and has a resolution of 360 by 240.

My System:

Ryzen 7 5800X

DDR4 16/32 GB RAM

RTX 5060ti

16GB RAM, 10 frames, 1 minute 50 seconds:

32GB RAM, 10 frames, 55 seconds:

Thank you for that. Can you confirm this is SL2.5 and the video was just 10 frames and took 55 seconds to render?

You mean like proof? Yeah i can confirm i used SLP 2.5, 10 frames and it took 55 seconds to render.
