You missed the baby's face

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1 open the image
2. Step 2 fit to view
3. Step 3 notice that the baby in its mother’s arms is indistinct, possibly because it’s semi recumbent
   
   

Please let me know how I can add another face.
