Yopaz Photo AI v. 2.0.7 does not open correctly from Lightroom

When using Topaz Photo AI 2.0.7 from Lightroom as a plug-in, the screen is completely zoomed out and you cannot resize it. I am on an iMac using Ventura 13.3. Screenshot attached.

When I open Topaz Photo AI 2.0.7 directly (not as a plugin), the display is correctly sized.
