Yes you can roast Romaine lettuce. Sprinkle with some olive oil and balsamic then roast at 375

@Michigander Cut your romaine into two or four quarters longitudinally, add your sauce then bake for 20-30 minutes. Regardless of the time (microwaves vary - ours is 1200W), when the Romaine begins to brown along the edges, it is done
