Yellow Iris, Heronswood

Watercolor brush pens, scanned, TS 1 & 2 basic adjustments and contrast. I’m beginning to get a fuller appreciation of why it’s said that watercolors are difficult to control and are unpredictable. I think their unpredictability is why I’m attracted to them. I also read yesterday that every great painter was once a beginner. That resonated with me in a big way. Paint, paint and paint some more - right?
