We have had a problem for several versions, and it seems that in v4.10 it still hasn’t been resolved. The issue is as follows:
For example, if we have a sequence of EXR frames range from frame 1 to frame 5000 and we import the sequence into Topaz by dragging it from a system windows depending on the frame we select, it will either load the entire frame sequence or load it from frame 1000 to 5000 and not from 1.
To check this, it’s as simple as selecting any frame below frame 1000, and the frame sequence will load correctly and completely from 1 to 5000. However, if we select any frame above 1000, for example, frame 2400, it will always load from frame 1000 to 5000.
This is not a major issue since it can be resolved by always ensuring that we select frame 1 to drag. However, I thought I should mention it so that you are aware of it.
