I’m using Topaz Video AI 5.0.3 on Windows 11. The Workspace directory defaulted to my oneDrive folder. This causes synchronization problems and lots of synchronization activities when previews are generated. I’ve tried to change it through the File/Preferences menus to my local computer, but each time I restart Topaz it goes back to the oneDrive folder.

Can you share the logs from the app?
Help>Logging>Get Logs for Support
