For me is the workflow and navigation since version 6 too complicated in comparison to the older versions.
In the older versions I could drag and drop files and could adjust each file e.g. cropping and export all the files as export.
Now I have these project tabs there I struggling always how to batch export several files.
Also in the old version I could during export attend the main page for e.g. drop new files.
Now, if I leave the export page, the exports stops. I have no glue why they stop during navigation.
Is there any chance to get back the older workflows/navigations?
You are always welcome to use any previous version of the app that you wish to with your license. The older installers are all listed up on the Video AI releases - community page.
When you leave the export queue the video export should still be running in the background, as long as the app is still open. If you are seeing the export stop completely, can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team for review? help@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
