Workflow Improvement | Updated Charts Of Cloud Credit Costs

I cannot find up to date cost charts for each product in the Topaz info or Community Forums.
If I’m not looking in the right place(s) please enlighten me.

It is often difficult to understand why estimated on screen cloud credit costs seems to jump up and sometimes down almost randomly … ?
Occasionally it is because there is an error - more likely in a beta release - and recently less frequently than months ago …

In my opinion there needs to be an easily accessible online chart of cloud credit costs for different mega-pixel (MP) file sizes and older charts should be retained for reference in the same way that version upgrades are saved.
Such charts MUST be accurate and updated whenever costs are changed.
It isn’t acceptable to say “Please note (cost) … is subject to change, as we often adjust etc etc”

.
This example doesn’t even state clearly with a BOLD TITLE which product it refers to …
it’s actually for TPAI Super Focus ?

In my opinion users are absolutely entitled to know exactly what they will be charged for a particular file size cloud render - it should not be a roulette wheel calculation at the time of pressing the button and a cost chart that is some months old is almost certain to be out of date and thereby absolutely useless.
I’m not a lawyer but imagine that a Sale of Goods - Trade Description Act requires that a paying customer is entitled to be provided with an accurate and full breakdown of costs with any provided service.

For Gigapixel AI specifically if the costs are different for Recover, Redefine and with Focus boost settings there needs to be a cost table chart for each option.
It makes me grumpy to see a Cloud Render is estimated wrongly and I want to know for sure what my choice of using the Cloud service is going to cost before I hit the Cloud button.

An associated but surely technically possible improvement to the present system should be that a user is NOT charged for a Cloud render which fails. It must be wrong that currently we seem to be charged the estimated number of credits (or more) regardless of whether we get a viewable final rendered image or coloured noise.

If you agree please VOTE for change and improvement - Thank You

Our team is working on this, thanks for the suggestion
