Is there a best practice for upscaling 23.976 SD progressive video (from film) to 1080p? Quality of each master varies from OK to very good, considering it is SD video.
Should I run it through the 100% denoise option first, and then run it through an upscale option? I’ve tried numerous options, each producing different results. I have settled on the export to PNGs option for the output.
