I own Topaz Ai but it keeps saying to activate .I hit the activate button but it wont load properly,it says must validate on your end .This is extremley frustrating shouldnt be so hard just to log on. I go to the website and logon with no problem!
The login page is not loading because your browser or computer has security options activated that are blocking the page components.
Two options we can try to fix this:
- Change the default browser on your computer and then activate with a different browser (hopefully it does not have similar security settings active)Change your default browser in Windows - Microsoft Support
- Disable the security settings in Chrome temporarily to activate Topaz Photo AI. You can enable the security again after.
Let me know if it’s loading the login page with the steps above. I can manually authenticate if needed, but I’m quite sure that is not necessary here.
