When processing the images in Topaz Photo AI, it gets stuck processing and does not allow saving the images

If the application is freezing, please try the troubleshooting steps in this article.
Topaz Photo AI Freezes on Importing Image (Mac)
Make sure to reboot your computer after deleting the plist files. That should get it working for you again.
If that doesn’t fix it, please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.
