A problem for years is that the alpha mask is ignored by the upscale process. I create renderings of virtual things and sometimes I need very large images of already cropped things, but the result is not nice, the edges show steps. Only inner edges are smooth. I think I will not buy another upgrade until the problem is solved. I’ve always had to work around this by splitting the alpha out as it’s own texture file to enlarge it, and then pasting that back in as the alpha for the enlarged original. ---

That was my workaround too. I wish Topaz would finally take care of this. ---

Is the alpha layer support also added to Gigapixel? I think about to upgrade.
