Windows user account crash

Hi Topaz,

  1. Launch Topaz Video;
  2. Files > Preferences;
  3. Default location for storing projects and previewings > Change the location to another place for instance an external SSD drive.

Result:

Topaz Video does not move only this default folder! It moves the all user account roaming data!

Windows user account crashes, Windows wallpaper disappears, Windows task bar application icons are missing, applications do not work, Windows becomes unstable.

Sending that to the devs as they are already looking into some issues with project file deletion and it clearing source files as well.
