If I try to resize the window from the top side or left side the window moves instead of resizes. However, the mouse cursor indicates that it should be in resize mode. Rezise is only possible from the right side, bottom side or lower right corner. These parts of the window may be outside the visible desktop space making it a hassle to resize the window.

Are you on Windows 10 or 11? I just tried on Windows 10 and was not having any issues with resizing.
I’m using a fully updated Windows 10 Home edition.
I realized that this issue is intermittent. It seems to work sometimes and sometimes not. Sometimes the window resizes and sometimes the window moves instead despite the window resize mouse cursor.
Hmm I’ll check on some other computers to see if I can reproduce.
Same here, I cannot resize and it takes almost the whole screen.

Same here. Windows 11 and AI with all the latest updates. I can’t resize the window and it’s about the same size as my full screen.
