Specifying custom resolutions by scale % is extremely natural, as is being able to specify the resolution by height or width. It used to be possible. Now the UI disables setting height or scale %, causing the user to break out a calculator just to set what they want… It’s unfortunate to delete features that were working fine. Makes me hesitate to update in the future.
Height and Scale % modes for the custom resolution panel are still available by using the “Prioritize Width/Height/Scale” dropdown list:
