Photo AI reports “Some model files need to be re-downloaded before images can be processed” every time I open the program. So I have to wait about half an hour before I can do anything. Very annoying.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Topaz Photo AI v3.0.2 on MacBook Pro M1 Max
I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also if you can, please try to recreate this error message in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

It seems, that the problem does not anymore exist. I opened the program, and it did not want to reload models again as it did earlier. Maybe the uploads are now somehow stored properly in my Mac. Anyways, I don’t have to wait half an hour anymore, as I did only yesterday 
I enclosed Mac´s system profile and earlier tzlog files for you if it is for any help anymore.
