We need more details. 
This is my computer’s configuration.I use Topaz video enhance V2.6.4 but idk why it take so long to export💀
If you are using the Intel HD graphics or the CPU it is quite normal that it will take that long!

Sadly, most laptops are going to have a hard time doing anything fast in this hardware intensive software.
You need a beefy cpu and gpu for this kind of software.
My setup can struggle at times and it’s 96% faster than yours.
Your setup really doesnt cut it.
