Why Is “Save Offline Auth File” Disabled?

Hi I’m trying to use Topaz Video offline but when I go to Account > Save offline auth file it’s disabled.

I tried launching in administrator mode too, but not luck.

Any idea why this feature is disabled?

The offline use of Video is not working for me too :frowning: Photo and Gigipixel work ok offline, but VIDEO ask me to login at each launch.

Really eh? I can’t find that in the Pro details anywhere. I checked out Topaz Studio Pro - Perfect for Professionals & Businesses but I still don’t see it listed. Can you point me in the right direction? :slight_smile:

i have a paid topaz ai . no updates and yes they disable the save feature . this is fraud .
