The new version’s ability to improve image quality is sometimes even more blurry than the old version starting with v2. Why is there a reverse update? They both increase the same resolution, and the degree of noise reduction and face AI is the same. Look at the comparison chart below. At this moment, I am in a mess. Do I have to go back to the old version? I thought that with the new AI updated in the latest version, it should be clearer.
Look at the comparison chart below. On the left is the latest version of Topaz Photo AI v3.2.1. On the right is the version starting with V2 from a long time ago. The AI models are the same (both are the low model). The resolution improvement and the degree of face AI are the same. However, the old version is even clearer.
