My video doesn’t change from queued. Trying to enhance. Why?
In that screenshot it looks like you have an export running already that will need to complete first before the app will run any other task. That processing frame rate is very low as well for that export which could mean that either the app is trying to use the system CPU which is very slow or your system could be under the minimum requirements for the app to run.
