When trying to use my AI Sharpen I a only recognized as a trial visitor and am blocked from saving my processed image.
Are you able to login to the Topaz site and see your dashboard?
ie (your username/password is correct?)
If the answer is yes, you would need to open a support ticket so they can further check your login authorization.
