Only getting a "white Paper " icon instead of the gigapixel design. I tried to download the update, but would not work. I uninstalled the old version and installed the latest version from the website after logging in. Again the icon for the program at present is a white paper.

Do you recall which version of Gigapixel you were updating from prior to seeing this?
