It isn’t where everyone else can do their support. Support will answer your post within 24 hours on working days.
Without any description of the actual error/issue no one on this forum will be able to help.
Note that with your language and aggression no one will want to help.

Listen, you have come on here, a community forum with an abusive attitude from the outset, you don’t won’t help you want confrontation.
I’m not going to give that to you, especially someone who thinks using a 150psi industrial compressor to clean a PC is the best option
From the logs you supplied it’s easy to see what the problem is and it’s not a Topaz issue, it’s a skill issue from the user.
