Any company that does not have a phone number and BOTS messaging annoyes me!

Sure, we’ll create a forum where everyone else can do our tech support… Yeah, NO!

It isn’t where everyone else can do their support. Support will answer your post within 24 hours on working days.

Without any description of the actual error/issue no one on this forum will be able to help.

Note that with your language and aggression no one will want to help.

Forum faq is here for you to read …

Listen, you have come on here, a community forum with an abusive attitude from the outset, you don’t won’t help you want confrontation.
I’m not going to give that to you, especially someone who thinks using a 150psi industrial compressor to clean a PC is the best option

From the logs you supplied it’s easy to see what the problem is and it’s not a Topaz issue, it’s a skill issue from the user.

Good luck in finding someone to help you.

I’m closing this topic before it gets out of hand.

@michael.wenrich Nobody here is going to want to help you with that attitude. Enjoy your break and perhaps use the time to learn some manners.
