Where dit my money go by ordering Topaz I.A,

I ordered and paid for Topaz Photo I.A. by IDEAL. PAYPAL tells me it can not pay. In the mean time i lost 156 dollar on my bank account without having a valid registration of the program. May i know the reason?

There went something wrong. Paypal paid refunded the amount mentioned.
I think you/one might know that.
