Whenever Exporting using the proteous model I encounter an error an am unable to render no matter what Codec I choose

We are currently investigating this issue and have seen success in resolving this with the following steps:

1. Delete Video AI plist files

• How To Delete Your Plist Files
  -Tutorial

2. Restart Mac
3. Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.

I’ve tried this twice with no luck so this does not work

Please help me download an older version until this bug is fixed

Okay let’s escalate this a bit and try these steps.

1. Update MacOS to the latest OSX release

2. Make sure Video AI is closed

3. Delete the cache files (here is a screen recording linked here)

4. Open a terminal window and copy and paste the following command:

rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.topazlabs.Topaz-Video-AI/com.apple.e5rt.e5bundlecache

5. Press the return key on your keyboard to execute

6. Open Video AI and try running a few of the models through
