When using PhotoAI 3.30 but also happened before update Get a coloured squares over image when Denoise is applied

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. open photoAI from Photoshop 25.12.0
  2. Select Denoise All
  3. Get strange colours in a square. Image is blurred
  4. Denoise works if choose Topaz Denoise

I get the same issue. Issue also duplicates when opening directly without Photoshop. Setting Denoise AI model to Strong removes the corrupted pixels.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open Tiff image
  2. Select Denoise
  3. Image destroyed
  4. Set AI model to Strong - image is fine
  5. Raw image does not break. Happens in tiff and JPG files

Thanks for the info. This is happening with a RAW file. I will try to use the “strong” setting in denoise
