When selecting a grain, no preview can be generated. There’s an error “Failed - Command error” and the duration of the preview is marked red on the timeline instead of green.

Can you pull the logs from the app for review and send them to help@topazlabs.com?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
