i have tried milliyon times. restarted mac again and again but still same. if i move the mouse while update downloadin, it is closing sudently. i am clicking on update button and moving mouse out of the window and waiting till end of the download, than triying to cling on “update” button but app is closing because i am moving on app window to click button. if i am not moving, not closing. made me crazy…
There is a known issue when using the in-app updater for mac systems at this time causing the app to crash when loading.
Uninstall the current installation of the app and then download a clean install from the Video AI releases - community page.
