topaz video ai offers alot of accessible ai models with different usage, but its hard to determine what the model is used for by testing them one after the other, which may be very time consuming and resource demanding.

For cartoons and anime? Most would suggest Gaia CG. I have had good luck using proteus with everything set to 0 except sharpness at 90-95. I haven’t tried any of the other models.
It’s usually a bad idea to interpolate 2D animations. Animators rely on the slow frames per second to make their animations—and they know what they are doing. Trying to interpolate those never comes out looking the same.
