Won’t let me log into my paid and current account? what the heck

Can you share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing and send your system profile?

It actually does not give any error message. I had mentioned that it simply requested to be updated. When updated, it does not login. It just stays on the login and shows “trial version” on upper right.
Right now, it’s rolled back to version 6 and shows my account as normal, but it does not allow me to update.
