I am writing because I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Topaz products.
I purchased the perpetual license of Topaz Video AI last year (I believe it was €299). It was clearly sold as a lifetimelicense, not a subscription. However, when I open the application now, it is asking me to subscribe — which should not be the case, since I already paid for a perpetual license. This is very frustrating because I need the software for my work and I can’t access it.
In addition, last week I also purchased the perpetual license for Topaz Gigapixel. The person who recommended it to me even gave me a 15% discount and confirmed — just like the person who sold me Topaz Video AI — that it was a perpetual license, valid for life with no subscription required.
However, when I log in to my Topaz Labs account and check “My Products,” both licenses have disappeared. They are no longer listed, even though I have screenshots proving that they were there before.
I would like an immediate clarification and restoration of access to my perpetual licenses. I rely on these tools for my professional work, and this situation is unacceptable. If this is not resolved quickly, I will have to consider taking further action.
Please let me know how this can be fixed as soon as possible.
